3. How information may be shared
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Certain booking, event, and messaging information is shared only with the people involved in those interactions.
- With service providers: we use third-party infrastructure and technology providers to support authentication, databases, file storage, app hosting, delivery, diagnostics, notifications, and other operational functions. These providers process information on our behalf according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. Public content and privacy choices
Some AdventureOn features are designed for public or community sharing. Before posting, listing, reviewing, or creating an event, consider what information you want other people to see. Where available, AdventureOn uses visibility settings and authorization controls to limit access to non-public information.
5. Location privacy
AdventureOn may use approximate location information to help users discover nearby equipment, rides, and events. Protected event meeting locations are intended to be available only to authorized participants, event organizers, and authorized administrators. Users may browse location-based content using a manually selected location where supported.
6. Payments
If AdventureOn enables payment processing, payment transactions may be handled by a third-party payment processor. AdventureOn does not intend to store full payment-card numbers in its application database. We may retain transaction identifiers, status, amounts, and related records needed to support bookings, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is retained.
8. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your AdventureOn account and associated personal data. Visit our Account Deletion page or contact support@adventureonco.com.
When an account is deleted, AdventureOn will delete or de-identify associated user data where appropriate. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, legal obligations, or regulatory compliance.
9. Security
AdventureOn uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
AdventureOn is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Rental and booking functionality is limited to users who meet AdventureOn’s applicable age requirements, including the requirement that renters or booking users be at least 18 years old.
11. Third-party services and links
AdventureOn may contain links to third-party websites, services, businesses, maps, or other resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
